This month BAMSI will celebrate International Day on Thursday, September 28. Although it has been a tradition in the Behavioral Health and Community Services Division for years, this will be the third time in as many years the event will be agency wide. More than an excuse to come together to share food and games, International Day symbolizes our core values of Inclusion, Integrity, Compassion, Learning, and Collaboration. We recognize BAMSI is made up of amazing people from all around the world , and work hard to create a place where everyone can feel welcomed.
This month we thought it would be great to talk about how you have helped to make BAMSI a place where staff and persons served feel at home--- and what BAMSI could do better as an agency to support the diversity of our community. Please join us to share your stories and ideas.
